Chauffeur services may have different age requirements for the passenger.

4. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Silkroad Autos.
• Prices for rentals and services are displayed on our website or provided upon inquiry. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, although confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, as specified in your rental agreement.
• Accepted payment methods will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

5. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

• The renter is responsible for the vehicle from the time of pick-up until return.
• Vehicles must be driven in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Silkroad Autos vehicles.
• Any damage to the vehicle occurring during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter, subject to the terms of any insurance coverage.
• Unauthorized modifications to the vehicle are strictly forbidden.

6. Cancellation and Amendments

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and rental duration. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking and in your rental agreement. Generally, late cancellations may incur charges.

7. Insurance

All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Renters are responsible for any excess amounts as per the insurance policy. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase.

8. Chauffeur Services

• Chauffeur services are subject to availability and specific booking conditions.
• We aim for punctuality but cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather).
